Farrans carry out building work throughout East Anglia from our Regional Office at Waterbeach, Cambridge.

We have been active in East Anglia for some 50 years; project types include both new build and refurbishment works ranging from offices and schools to commercial and industrial buildings.

Our corporate philosophy has been to partner closely with Clients, and establish our management teams and operating procedures in a manner best suited to achieving their needs. As part of this “Customer Care” methodology we have established a selected core of approved sub-contractors and suppliers, who are appointed at the earliest opportunity in the pre-qualification stages.

We are currently undertaking a capital works programme of 5 new and 5 refurbished Fire stations for Suffolk Fire and Rescue under a PPP agreement.

In Norfolk we are active on the 2nd Generation Framework. In Essex we are undertaking New build and Refurbishment Schools.

In Cambridgeshire and Bedfordshire we are undertaking commercial and public works for a variety of new clients.

The long term nature of many of these projects provide us with a secure work stream for the next 2 - 3 years.
