A specialised division of the company was formed in 2002 called Farrans Homes, with the specific and simple brief to build quality homes for the discerning homebuyer, regardless of price or location.
With a small but dedicated team of professionals, Farrans Homes produces quality developments with unique and innovative designs. This team is led by award winning Stephen Foster and his record fourth consecutive year in winning the NHBC "Pride in the Job" Quality Award. Stephen has also picked up a "Performance | beyond | Compliance" from the Considerate Constructor Scheme for our Little Thaxton Lower Project.
