David is responsible for Business Development in our Homes Division of Northern Ireland.

David joined Farrans (Construction) Limited from university in 1996. He quickly gained experience in all types of civil engineering construction and management skills. David Craigan has been part of successful site management teams and led the teams in relation to bridge works, road construction, railway working, waste water treatment works, marine works, piling, heavy reinforced concrete works, concrete repairs (structural), water treatment works and pipelines. Since 2003 David has led a team in the private development side of the business 'Farrans Homes'.
