Raymond is responsible for Business Development and Commercial Management for our Building and Healthcare Divisions throughout Great Britain and Ireland.

He is a Quantity Surveying graduate and a chartered member of the CIOB (MCIOB) and has 22 years experience in the industry.

Building on strong interpersonal skills, Raymond’s role focuses on the acquisition of robust new business opportunities through strategic marketing, competitive tendering and negotiation. Additionally he is responsible for the co-ordination the preparation of technical and financial submissions for projects across the full spectrum of building and healthcare works.

As a committed team player he has participated in a significant number of partnerships with clients and is an integral member of the management team for our construction joint ventures.

Raymond has extensive quantity surveying and financial management experience and is involved in the development and roll out of best practice in conjunction with business development, commercial, procurement and construction disciplines.

He leads our risk management team in the PPP, PFI and design and build procurement routes and the development of strategies and methodologies for effective management of those risks. He remains involved with these projects through all of the stages, overseeing deployment of best practice as they mature.
