Sean is responsible for Commercial Management of our Civil Engineering and Utilities Divisions in Northern Ireland, Scotland and England.

Sean is a graduate of QUB and a Fellow of the Institution of Civil Engineers. He joined Farrans in 1989 and was appointed Director in 2008. He oversees the Cost Management of Farrans' Civils in Northern Ireland, Scotland and also Farrans Utilities. He has gained considerable experience in NEC Partnering Contracts, having developed the Company's financial systems to suit the Open-Book approach of these forms.
