Phase 3.2A was awarded as a Performance Related Partnering (PRP) contract, the first phase within a PRP framework of which we were continuously monitored to ensure suitability for on-going phases. Our strong performance and delivery in the first phase ensured our extension to Phase 3.2B.

During construction a structure of meetings was instigated to monitor progress, design and most importantly, end user needs. The interface with the end user, in the form of a fortnightly liaison meeting, proved invaluable in evolving the design through to construction and ultimately the finished product.
