Shaping the future of leadership in Farrans

On Monday 2nd June, we celebrated the completion of our Emerging Leaders Programme (ELP), a 10-month journey designed to empower our technically talented people to become confident, agile leaders in a complex and fast-paced industry.

Cohorts 7 & 8, 22 future leaders of Farrans, wrapped up their programme with inspiring presentations to our senior leadership team, sharing their growth, learning, and future ambitions.

We’re also thrilled that the ELP has been shortlisted for Best Leadership Development Initiative at the Learning & Development Institute Ireland Awards this September.
