Blades and towers arrive to Kilgallioch Windfarm for Scottish Power Renewables

It’s been an exciting week on our Kilgallioch Windfarm project for ScottishPower Renewables’ where the blades and towers have been delivered to our site in Dumfries and Galloway. ☑️

We are working with our client to construct extensions at Arecleoch and Kilgallioch windfarms, enhancing the energy capacity and environmental enrichment of both sites. We are principal contractor for both sites.

The approved extensions will add 13 additional turbines to South Ayrshire’s Arecleoch Windfarm, and Kilgallioch Windfarm in Dumfries and Galloway will see an additional 9 turbines, boosting capacity to almost 485MW – enough to power the equivalent of over 300,000 homes – and supercharging the community benefit funding provided by both sites.
