Construct Your Career – Video of social value delivery at Farrans

✨We are really pleased to have taken part in CITB NI‘s Professional Careers Bootcamp which had over 80 students in attendance. ✨

We delivered our Construct Your Career challenge workshop showcasing careers in construction which require teamwork and problem solving skills; alongside a hands on activity using a dumpy level which demonstrates practical skills used on site.

Farrans’ ‘Construct Your Career’ Education & Employability Programme has been developed in-house by our Stakeholder & Social Value team and is delivered across the UK & Ireland. It’s a flexible varied programme of activities and support to assist learning about construction careers while also bringing together people who are interested in choosing Farrans and the industry for their career.
