This week we have been engaged in a series of events with colleagues, supply chain and clients across the UK and Ireland, identifying trends and discussing solutions to some of the biggest challenges to Quality performance in our industry.
It comes at a fitting time for our journey in Farrans, as we introduce a step change in our approach to Quality.
From September our workforce across all departments have been taking part in sessions to Think Differently about Quality.
Error is avoidable, not inevitable. We are making changes now to ensure a sustainable and long lasting approach to how we deliver in all aspects of our business.
