31.08.2022

We are delighted to have reached the shortlist for two awards – Best Place to Work and Excellence in Learning & Development for our Emerging Leaders Programme  – at the Construction News Workforce Awards 2022.

CN Workforce Awards, formerly known as the CN Talent Awards, have been revamped to recognise the outstanding achievements of those striving to make the construction industry and their organisations great places to work. The awards will bring together the brightest workforce talent and recognise those making a difference in recruitment, workforce development, wellbeing, diversity, inclusion and more.

At Farrans we recruit and retain the best talent by delivering an excellent career package which includes the experience of working on a variety of high profile, complex projects across the UK and Ireland, an excellent internal culture and opportunities to travel.

We deliver bespoke in house training and provide each employee with their own career pathway, with our Emerging Leaders Programme being one of a number of industry-leading learning opportunities that can help you to reach your full potential.

Winners will be announced on 8th November 2022.
