More than 4,000 people have benefitted from Farrans’ educational outreach in first six months of 2026

Our Stakeholder and Social Value team have been using the summer period to reflect on the educational outreach that has taken place in the first half of 2026.

Through our Construct Your Career programme we have delivered a range of initiatives in partnership with schools, colleges and learners based in the locality of our project sites.

These have included challenge workshops; STEM & environmental activities; employability & careers awareness sessions; skills training; site visits and work experience.

We have engaged with over 4,000 children, young people and adult learners.

As we look ahead to the autumn, we are planning a series of engagement events with universities and colleges across the UK and Ireland to enhance the understanding of students about career opportunities in our industry and promote our upcoming graduate & apprentice recruitment programme which opens soon.
