The Project
The building of the new centre delivers 3,800m2 of accommodation, built over four storeys housed within a central glazed atrium.
With the centre being a dominant building within the surrounding residential area, a two-way communication process was quickly established to keep residents informed of progress along each step of the construction process.

The Knockbreda Centre is the third project in a Performance Related Partnership (PRP) framework with the South & East Belfast Trust. We established a very strong relationship with both the design team and the client over the previous projects resulting in the centre being completed to an exceptionally high standard.
