IWD2023 – Our Action to #EmbraceEquity

✨It is International Women’s Day ✨

This week we are hosting a series of internal events featuring experts on topics such as emotional intelligence, resilience, self-limiting beliefs and conflict resolution to support our business to continue to #EmbraceEquity.

So far over 120 of our colleagues have attended at least one of these sessions, with plenty more to come.

The aim of the IWD 2023 #EmbraceEquity campaign theme is to get the world talking about why equal opportunities aren’t enough. True inclusion and belonging require equitable action.

Our goal is a world that’s diverse, equitable, and inclusive. To achieve this we are taking action to make sure that difference is valued and celebrated in our company and, wider, in the industry as a whole.
